RETURNS POLICY

As the nature of the products we sell are consumable food and drink items, PRIME WHOLESALE AUSTRALIA reserves the right to enforce a strict no-returns policy. 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. This policy is strictly enforced. We will not cancel any orders for change of mind or for orders of the incorrect quantity or flavour. 

A strict no refund policy applies to all products (full priced and sale items) unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.

When you purchase any item from us, you are agreeing that a refund for change of mind or any other circumstance will not be granted. 

We only stock 100% authentic goods which have been purchased either directly from the manufactuer or an authorised seller of the goods. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products to customers in Australia and New Zealand. 

We ship all orders in protective packaging in order to protect the integrity of your product during transit.

We utilise the postal carrier; Australia Post for all domestic and international shipments.

Handling times and shipping times are usually 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Note that due to import and customs restrictions on some products, they cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We hold no responsibility if your order is damaged or lost in transit. Australia Post will provide you with $100 compensation for every package / tracking number in the event this occurs.  

Once an order is placed, no item or quantity modifications can be made.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
